Senior Oracle FLEXCUBE Developer Working Model Uzbekistan Direct position within the bank Full-time Fully on-site / in-house Remote and hybrid working models are not available for this position We are looking for a Senior Oracle FLEXCUBE Developer to join the in-house team of a bank in Uzbekistan that we provide consultancy services to. This is a fully in-house / on-site working model. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on development and production support experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Preferably experience with FLEXCUBE 12.x / 14.x versions Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including: Package Procedure Function Trigger Cursor Dynamic SQL Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, including: SQL performance tuning Execution plan analysis Index management Lock/session analysis Database troubleshooting Hands-on development/customization experience within FLEXCUBE Knowledge of FLEXCUBE transaction lifecycle and core table structures Ability to perform error analysis at FLEXCUBE package and source code level Experience with EOD/BOD and batch processes Ability to troubleshoot batch failure, restart, and recovery processes Knowledge of FLEXCUBE accounting structure, including: Debit / Credit Accounting Entries GL Accounting Roles & Events Reconciliation Experience in developing and supporting integrations between FLEXCUBE and external systems Knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and preferably MQ/JMS Ability to perform log analysis and basic operational tasks in Linux/Unix environments Experience with DEV → UAT → PROD deployment/release processes Experience using Git/SVN or similar version control tools FLEXCUBE-Specific Experience Being solely an Oracle PL/SQL Developer is not sufficient for this position. Hands-on development experience within Oracle FLEXCUBE is mandatory. Experience in as many of the following areas as possible is expected: FCUBS Gateway / Web Services FLEXCUBE Extensibility Framework RAD Hooks / User Exits Function ID and screen customization Batch development Report development Product configuration Accounting Roles & Events Transaction lifecycle Maker/Checker and authorization processes External interface development FLEXCUBE package debugging EOD/BOD troubleshooting Data correction and reconciliation activities Preferred FLEXCUBE Module Experience Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 of the following FLEXCUBE modules is preferred: CASA / Current & Savings Accounts General Ledger / Accounting Deposits / Term Deposits Payments / Funds Transfer Loans / Lending SWIFT Trade Finance Treasury Candidates with experience particularly in the CASA + GL/Accounting + Payments + Deposits combination will be prioritized. Senior-Level Competencies Ability to independently analyze a FLEXCUBE issue from transaction level through package, database table, accounting entry, and GL levels Ability to identify root causes of production incidents and prepare RCA Ability to manage controlled data correction processes Understanding of the differences between Reverse / Repost / Rebuild / Data Fix approaches Ability to perform impact analysis and define rollback approaches for changes Ability to analyze accounting mismatch and reconciliation issues Ability to identify technical bottlenecks in EOD and batch performance issues Ability to analyze FLEXCUBE source code without dependency on vendor support Language Requirements English: Sufficient level to read technical documentation and communicate with vendors and technical teams Russian: Sufficient level to communicate in a professional working environment Candidates who are proficient in both languages will be prioritized.
