Role Summary The Engineer is a delivering member of a GOPT (Omni Operations Product Line) product team. You will build and support the integration solutions that keep Pandora's supply chain and distribution systems running, working within the technical direction set by your Lead Engineer and inside the agreed architecture and engineering standards. You will need good communication skills to work with your team, product colleagues and business analysts. You will help deliver quality automated CI/CD pipelines, from requirements through test and behaviour driven development, whilst maintaining operational stability and high coding standards, together with supporting quality deployments, monitoring of the tech stack and overall production health. The main outcome for this role is dependable delivery — well-tested, well-documented code shipped with minimal disruption to the business — and steady growth towards owning larger pieces of work independently. You will be part of our engineering chapter and will contribute to a DevSecOps culture towards build and run. Key accountabilities System design and architecture Contribute to the design of integration solutions using .NET technologies and event-driven architecture, working to the technical approach set by the Lead Engineer and within the agreed architecture blueprintWork with cross-functional colleagues (product management, architects, business analysts) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasksRaise design questions, risks and unknowns early rather than resolving them alone Integration development Develop and implement .NET-based integration components under the technical direction of a Senior or Lead Engineer, ensuring correct data flow across platforms, systems and applicationsWrite automated, reusable, testable and efficient code, applying Pandora engineering standards for performance, security and scalabilityParticipate actively in pair programming and code review — both submitting your work and reviewing the work of peersWrite and maintain unit and integration tests within the team's automated testing frameworksMaintain technical documentation for the components you build — integration mappings, API specifications and troubleshooting notesIdentify opportunities to simplify or improve existing integrations and propose them to the team Deployment and operations support Prepare and execute deployments of your changes into non-production environments, and support production deployments alongside a more senior engineerProvide post-deployment support and monitoring; join the on-duty engineering roster once onboarded, with a defined escalation path to Senior and Lead EngineersInvestigate and resolve incidents and defects affecting the components you work on, escalating promptly when an issue crosses system boundaries Security and compliance Apply Pandora's secure coding practices by default — parameterised data access, input validation, no hardcoded secrets, least-privilege service configurationEnsure changes comply with security standards, privacy regulations and company policies; raise anything unclear with the Lead Engineer or Information Security rather than working around it What is needed to succeed2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, or a strong graduate profile with demonstrable project workWorking knowledge of one or more of the following: C#, .NET, JSONFamiliarity with REST APIs, web services and integration concepts; exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka or Solace is an advantagePractical experience with version control, automated testing and CI/CD tool chainsExposure to supply chain, warehouse or logistics execution systems is an advantage rather than a requirement — domain knowledge is expected to be built on the jobUnderstanding of Agile delivery and a willingness to work in a build-and-run team model, including an on-duty rotationCuriosity, and the willingness to ask for help early and to act on review feedbackEnglish (business fluent) Our Offer Stable employment based on an employment contract with 3-month probation period- Hybrid work model (onsite from our office on Domaniewska 28 street) - minimum 6 days per month- Free parking for employees regardless of position (reservation required), Flexible working hours Support for professional competence development PREMIUM package of Medicover medical including dental care, Generali life insurance, Medicoversport card Cafeteria program on the My Benefit platform, Additional days off for birthday, health check-up, Very attractive discounts on PANDORA products, Subsidy for "home office" equipment, Employee Pension Plans (PPE), Additional benefits under the company's social fund (e.g., holiday or kindergarten subsidies), Employee Recommendation Program.
