What you'll do:
Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIsCollaborate with front-end developers and product owners to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logicWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable back-end codeOptimise back-end systems for maximum performance, scalability, and reliabilityTest and debug server-side logic to ensure high quality and seamless functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve complex server-side issuesDocument and maintain technical specifications for back-end developmentStay ahead of emerging back-end technologies, tools, and industry best practices
What you'll bring:
Proficiency in a server-side language such as C# (MVC framework), Python, Java, or Node.jsFamiliarity with back-end frameworks such as ASP.NET Core MVC, Express.js, Spring Boot, or DjangoSolid understanding of RESTful API design and integrationExperience with version control (Git) and working within CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex server-side applicationsA natural team player with excellent communication and collaboration skillsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field — or equivalent practical experienceMust be eligible to work in Cyprus, a work visa is not provided.
