I'm working with an AI legal-tech company whose products are used in production every day by professional services and legal teams.
They're funded, already profitable with real enterprise clients, and have just announced further funding to grow the team.
Engineering is spread across several EU countries and New York, with the core mostly in Poland.
They're expanding the platform team and looking for a senior, hands-on DevOps engineer to build and run the infrastructure their AI products depend on.
This is a deep, hands-on role with real ownership.
Not a lead or a manager, an engineer who can slot into a small platform team and contribute from day one.
The Role
You'll work in a small platform team owning the cloud environments and deployment pipelines behind the product.
A lot of the interesting work is in how they serve multiple clients: shared environments they run themselves, plus isolated environments rolled out onto clients' own private clouds, each with its own access and security standards.
Typical work includes:
Building and running cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines so deployments are fast, repeatable and boringRolling out and provisioning isolated per-client infrastructure on Azure and AKSOwning reliability: monitoring, alerting, quality gates and automationKeeping security and tenant isolation tight across every environmentManaging the infrastructure behind AI workloads, including cost and scalingWorking closely with the engineers shipping features so the path to production stays smooth
Tech Stack
Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions, Docker, microservices, multi-tenant infrastructure as code.
