🚀 Full Stack Developer – React, Node.js & React Native 📍 Experience:3.5+ years ⏱️ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred About The Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3.5+ years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The role primarily focuses on React + Node.js full-stack development, with opportunities to build and maintain React Native mobile applications*. You’ll work across the frontend and backend, owning features end-to-end from design and implementation through deployment and production support. You’ll use React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript to turn complex business requirements into reliable, maintainable technical solutions. You’ll also work with PostgreSQL and Redis, contribute to application and system architecture, and deploy and maintain production applications on AWS. A strong understanding of business logic, transactional systems, data integrity, and financial workflows is particularly valuable for this role, as you’ll work on features involving billing, accounting, invoicing, payments, subscriptions, and related financial processes. This role is suited for engineers who take ownership, care about clean architecture, performance, scalability, data correctness, and maintainability, and enjoy solving real-world business problems through software. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and own full-stack features from development through production. * Build scalable and maintainable frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. * Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native. * Develop robust REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and NestJS. * Manage server state and API interactions using TanStack Query (React Query). * Design relational database schemas and optimize queries in PostgreSQL. * Implement caching and performance improvements using Redis. * Design and improve application architecture with scalability, maintainability, and reliability in mind. * Implement authentication, authorization, and application security mechanisms. * Work on business-critical features involving billing, accounting, invoicing, subscriptions, payments, and financial workflows. * Ensure correctness and consistency of transactional data across business workflows. * Deploy, monitor, and maintain production applications on AWS. * Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues. * Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical and architectural decisions. * Proactively identify technical debt and drive improvements. * Debug production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and long-term solutions. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineers to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. * Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them independently while maintaining engineering quality. Requirements * 3.5+ years of professional software development experience. * Strong proficiency in TypeScript. * Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js. * Hands-on experience with React Native. * Strong backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS. * Practical experience with TanStack Query (React Query) or similar server-state/data-fetching libraries. * Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including: * Database and schema design * Query optimization * Indexing * Transactions * Relationships and constraints * Practical experience with Redis, particularly caching and performance optimization. * Experience designing and developing scalable REST APIs. * Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security. * Good understanding of business logic and transactional systems, where data consistency and correctness are important. * Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS. * Good understanding of Docker and modern deployment practices. * Strong understanding of Git and collaborative software development workflows. * Experience working with production systems and debugging real-world issues. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to take ownership of features and deliver them independently. * Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Good to Have * Professional experience building billing or accounting software. * Experience with invoicing, subscriptions, payments, refunds, credits/debits, financial workflows, ledgers, taxation, or reconciliation systems. * Experience building ERP, business management, SaaS, or other business-critical software platforms. * Experience working with systems where *data integrity, auditability, and transactional correctness are critical. * Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, ECS/EKS, Lambda, SQS/SNS. * Experience with microservices architecture. * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. * Experience with automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright. * Understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems. * Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
