The role We are looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer to join our Innovation team. You will build modern, customer-focused applications with Python, React and emerging AI technologies, and have a direct hand in shaping the product. The role is hybrid: two days per week in our Vilnius city-centre office, the rest remote. You will also take part in a rotating on-call schedule, where each engineer covers one full week in turn. On-call work is compensated in line with the Lithuanian Labour Code.
