6+ years of professional software engineering experience with Full stack development experience .Experience designing and delivering complex software solutions across multiple systems, platforms, and business domainsStrong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, system integrations, and end-to-end business process flowsExperience with API-first architecture and service-oriented design principlesStrong Understanding of cloud-native development using AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automationExperience integrating AI capabilities into applications, workflows, and business processesFamiliarity with AI orchestration patterns, agent-based solutions, and modern AI development frameworksUses AI-assisted engineering tools as a core part of the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, enhance decision-making, and drive engineering productivity.Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver outcomes in rapidly changing environments.Possesses a founder's mindset, proactively identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving outcomes rather than operating as an order taker.
