Key Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software engineering experienceExperience delivering production-grade software solutions across multiple systems and platformsStrong understanding of end-to-end system design and business process flowsExperience contributing to solutions that span multiple applications, platforms, or business processes.Experience with API-first architecture and service-oriented design principlesUnderstanding of cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automationUses AI-assisted engineering tools as a core part of the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, enhance decision-making, and drive engineering productivity.Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and work effectively in ambiguous environments .Possesses a founder's mindset, proactively identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving outcomes rather than operating as an order taker.
Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and the ability to influence direction across both business and technology stakeholders.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
