Description
First Community Credit Union (FCCU) is looking for a Software Engineer II for our Copperfield headquarters (northwest Houston).
This role is responsible for independently designing, developing, and supporting Core financial system applications They lead medium to large projects and is accountable for the design, development, support, and troubleshooting of Core platform integrations and internal applications hosted in FCCU's Data Center and Azure environments.
The role serves as a senior individual contributor and technical advisor, building front-end and back-end applications using C# and the .NET platform, and providing guidance to Software Engineer I's.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience
Minimum five years of experience building applications using C# and .NET platformExperience with ASP.NET MVC and Web APIsMinimum of three years of experience working with SQL Server and Azure SQL, including writing and turning queriesHands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Service BusExperience designing and building REST APIs and SOAP servicesExperience building Mobile Applications
