REMOTE (Work may be performed anywhere) We're looking for a backend engineer who lives and breathes clean architecture, loves solving complex data problems, and wants to build high-impact systems used by top agents across the United States. What You'll Do Architect, design, and maintain core services supporting our CRM and Marketing platformsBuild advanced, scalable data models tailored to the evolving needs of the real estate industryWrite efficient, high-performance SQL queries and optimize database operationsDevelop high-quality features with robust unit and integration testingCollaborate with Customer Success to understand real-world agent workflows and improve user experienceInfluence architectural decisions to support long-term maintainability and growthPartner with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to build cohesive, elegant solutionsStay on top of industry trends and contribute ideas for new features and backend improvementsLead projects when needed and help us continuously level up our engineering culture What You Bring Deep experience with JavaScript and Node.jsStrong proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL performance tuningA solid background in designing, building, and testing scalable backend servicesExperience building and consuming APIsA collaborative mindset and strong communication skillsCreativity in solving complex technical challenges Education/Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; five to seven years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.Bachelor's Degree preferred.
