Role Description The Senior DevOps Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mountain Pine, AR.
This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure to support WinChoice’s business applications and internal tools.
Day-to-day tasks include building and managing CI pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting production issues.
The role also involves implementing infrastructure as code, optimizing Linux-based environments, collaborating with software developers on release processes, and improving system reliability through proactive maintenance and documentation.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will mentor team members, help establish best practices, and contribute to long-term technology roadmap decisions.
Qualifications
