Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 7–12+ years of experience, with strong Core Java and backend development, Must have 3+ years of Apache Spark and Python, strong SQL/Linux skills, and experience building distributed data-processing/analytical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Core Java and Python.Develop and optimize large-scale data processing applications using Apache Spark.Design and implement data processing solutions for high-volume and complex datasets.Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and database solutions.Integrate analytical platforms and data processing systems with enterprise applications.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and multithreading.Troubleshoot application, data processing, and system performance issues.Work extensively in Linux/Unix environments for application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.Participate in application architecture, technical design, and code reviews.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, data engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.Follow coding standards, security practices, design principles, and software development best practices.Support CI/CD pipelines, application releases, and overall application lifecycle management.Contribute to improving application scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.Required Skills & Qualifications
