Join our school as a Multimedia Developer (TO3) and play a key role in supporting both our digital learning environment and day-to-day IT needs. This hands-on role combines multimedia and web development with practical technical support for staff and students, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and creating engaging digital solutions. You'll work collaboratively across the school to deliver reliable IT support, develop innovative online content and help ensure our digital platforms are accessible, effective and fit for purpose. About Us James Nash State High School is located in the Wide Bay Region of Queensland and is serviced by Education Queensland's North Coast region. Set on the northern outskirts of Gympie, James Nash High was founded in 1977 and has a current enrolment of 1100 students. Your Opportunity Provide specialist advice and apply technical skills in web and multimedia development to coordinate the design and development of quality online products using a variety of media.Research and make recommendations for the development of high quality, innovative online products to meet objectives. Responsibilities Provide multimedia and web development expertise using current technologies.Research and develop creative technical solutions and provide advice.Develop accessible, standards-compliant online content and websites .Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure compliance.Contribute to web standards, usability, accessibility, and development guidelines . Manage projects, priorities, deadlines, and budgets effectively.Develop and maintain web development procedures and technical guidance .Participate in project planning, scoping, and conceptualisation .Communicate with supervisors on progress, design, and operational issues .
