About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support and modernize enterprise customer experience platforms.
This role offers an opportunity to work across both legacy and modern technology stacks, contribute to CRM modernization initiatives, and help build next-generation customer experience solutions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, REST APIs, and enterprise application development, along with exposure to modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support applications using Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, and REST APIs.Contribute to modernization using React, Node.js/NestJS, Azure, and microservices.Troubleshoot production issues and support application stability.Participate in solution design, development, testing, and deployment.Work with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and modern DevOps practices.Collaborate with technical and business teams in an Agile environment.Required Skills
5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle.Strong REST API, SQL, and microservices experience.Experience with React and Node.js; NestJS is an asset.Experience with Azure or AWS.Knowledge of EJB/WebLogic or ability to learn quickly.Experience with CI/CD, containers, and DevOps.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Nice to Have
Amdocs Clarify or other CRM experience.Legacy application modernization experience.Azure services such as APIM, Functions, Container Apps, Application Insights.Terraform, Bicep, or other Infrastructure as Code experience.
