Description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (with fluent Russian & English) to join our team and take strong ownership of infrastructure automation, CI/CD, virtualization, monitoring, and production operations.
This role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable working hands-on with Linux infrastructure, enjoys solving production issues and wants to have a real impact on platform architecture and operational standards.
You will work closely with development, NOC, telecom/voice engineering, and product teams in a technical environment with real production traffic and high-availability requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelinesAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible and TerraformManage Linux-based service deployments across Debian, Ubuntu and CentOSOperate and maintain Proxmox VE clusters, storage, backups, and related infrastructureSupport and improve monitoring and alerting using Zabbix, Grafana and PrometheusAdminister PowerDNS and manage DNS zonesOperate NATS clusters, including monitoring, topic management, and basic troubleshootingDevelop Bash/Python utilities for automation, deployment, testing, and operational tasksWork with Docker/Kubernetes environments where applicable
What we’re looking for:
Strong Linux administration skillsGood understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing and DNSHands-on experience with Ansible and/or TerraformExperience with GitLab CI/CDExperience with Proxmox VE or similar virtualization platformsExperience with monitoring and alertingBash and/or Python scripting for infrastructure automationExperience with Docker/KubernetesEnglish at B2 level, or at least confident technical reading skillsFluent Russian for daily communicationSenior-level independence, responsibility, and initiative
