Salary: £55,000
We're looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a fast-growing SaaS product scale-up, providing technical leadership, mentoring and hands-on contributions across a broad technology stack.
What you'll be doing
Guiding and mentoring the development team on best practices, coding standards and architectural decisionsOverseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectivesWorking with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and shape technical solutionsContributing to Sprint planning, story pointing and task allocationSupporting technical input into proposals and scoping where requiredConducting regular technical one-to-ones, coaching on coding techniques and problem-solvingTaking ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality, scalable softwareProviding technical leadership through code reviews and hands-on development
What we're looking for
