Senior Drupal Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Drupal Developer to join a large-scale replatforming project covering 3 international brands and 6 language versions. The role combines hands-on development with active participation in solution design, technical analysis, and architecture discussions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimise, and maintain solutions using Drupal 10 and Drupal 11.Participate in business and technical analysis workshops.Contribute to architecture design and technical decision-making.Assess and ensure the technical feasibility, performance, scalability, and security of solutions.Develop custom Drupal modules and implement new functionalities.Integrate Drupal with external systems and services.Work with product data architecture and Akeneo integrations.Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code following best practices.Implement and work with REST APIs, OpenAPI, and JSON/XML data exchange.Contribute to Drupal upgrades, patching, release management, and maintenance.Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams on architecture and solution design.Requirements: Fluent Polish language skills for client-facing communication.4+ years of commercial experience with Drupal.Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 10 and exposure to Drupal 11.Excellent understanding of Drupal CMS, including:Custom module developmentSite buildingThemingStrong experience with PHP development.Experience with Drupal upgrades, patching, release management, and maintenance.Experience with product data architecture in Drupal and Akeneo integration.Experience with PostgreSQL and Drupal performance optimisation.Experience working with REST APIs / OpenAPI and JSON/XML data formats.Experience integrating Drupal with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and GitLab.Ability to participate actively in technical discussions and architecture workshops.Proactive approach to identifying technical challenges and proposing improvements.Nice to have: Experience with large-scale replatforming or migration projects.Experience working on e-commerce platforms.Knowledge of additional PHP frameworks.
