About the role As a Principal DevOps Engineer for IAM, you will serve as a technical leader, combining deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise with DevOps practices, automation, platform engineering, and solution architecture to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient IAM services. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing the One Identity Manager platform, driving modernization and automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality IAM solutions across the organization. We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to the continuous evolution of IAM capabilities and engineering practices. How you will get the job done translating business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutionsproviding technical leadership and guidance across development and operational activitiesdesigning, developing, enhancing, and supporting One Identity Manager capabilities and integrationsdriving continuous improvement through architecture reviews, automation, and engineering best practicesensuring solution quality, performance, scalability, and reliability through robust design and testingcollaborating with stakeholders to define and implement IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirementsmentoring development teams and supporting technical decision-makingcontributing across the software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support Skills and experience you will need fluent in Englishbachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience10+ years of hands-on experience in IAM systems developmentseveral years of experience developing solutions on the One Identity Manager platformstrong experience as a Software Engineer with solid knowledge of the software development lifecycleexpert knowledge of One Identity Manager, including architecture, customization, workflows, governance processes, provisioning, and integrationsexpert understanding of IAM and IGA concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, certification, attestation, and complianceexpertise in integration architecture and solution design across enterprise applications, cloud services, and IAM platformsadvanced experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, release management, and deployment automationadvanced scripting and development skills using PowerShell, C#, and VB.NETadvanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity architectures, and federation conceptsstrong understanding of security architecture principles, including Zero Trust, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and compliance requirementsproactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownershipexcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to have knowledge of Germanexperience with platform engineering and automation initiatives in enterprise environmentsexperience designing and supporting large-scale IAM transformations Technology we use development: .NET, VB, Angular, PowerShell, JavaScriptdatabases: SQLIAM platform: One Identity Managercloud & DevOps: Azure DevOpsinfrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Clusteringmonitoring & automation: Dynatrace or similar tools, system automationmethodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban What we offer Let's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
