Role Description This is a full-time Mobile App Developer Intern role based in Kathmandu, offered in a hybrid arrangement that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing mobile applications, collaborating with senior developers and product teams to implement features and fix issues. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, debugging and troubleshooting, integrating APIs and backend services, and working with databases to support app functionality. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting technical work, and contributing to UI-related tasks using web technologies such as CSS when needed. The intern is expected to learn quickly, follow best practices, and support the team in delivering reliable, user-focused mobile solutions. Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development and Programming for mobile applications.Candidates should possess skills in working with Databases for storing, retrieving, and managing application data.Candidates should possess skills in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related web technologies for app interfaces and hybrid mobile solutions.Candidates should possess skills in Integration of APIs, third-party services, and backend systems into mobile apps.Understanding of mobile platforms (Android and/or iOS), app lifecycle, and version control tools (e.g., Git).Ability to learn new technologies quickly, follow technical documentation, and collaborate in a team environment.Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
