Your domain knowledge is a genuine advantage here, not just a bonus. Must-have: 5+ years commercial experience · 2 production languages (1 backend: Go/Python/Java/Node.js) · React + TypeScript · experience in HR Tech / job board / ATS products · async distributed team experience Role 2 — General Fullstack For engineers with a strong full-stack track record who want ownership, minimal process, and real product impact. Systems thinking and local-first development mindset required.
