Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance RESTful APIs using clean, scalable, and efficient C# code.Participate in the design and implementation of backend services that support business applications.Ensure API performance, reliability, and security through best development practices.Work closely with Systems Analysts and senior developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions to support continuous improvement.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications, APIs, console applications, and scheduled batch processes.Monitor and optimize system performance while ensuring application stability and maintainability. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in backend development using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 8+, with hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.Strong database skills with PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing SQL queries.Experience developing and maintaining console applications, batch processes, and working with JSON/XML data formats.Proficient in Git version control and familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.Knowledge of cloud platforms, software testing methodologies, API testing tools, secure coding practices, and performance optimization.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow within a development team.
