Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.Key Responsibilities:• Project & Program Management – Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries in IT for After Sales• Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.• Drive Innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team. • Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams – Team development (incl. Career Path)• Ensure a high level of Stakeholder satisfaction – Germany and IndiaAreas of Work: Design and Development (Agile), DevOps based deliveries, Leading the team as a Coach, Focus on Innovation and Value-Adds, Steer based on Metrics and KPIsMandatory Skills: IT Project and Program Management – Should have managed a large portfolio of projects/topics in one or more domains. A good record of accomplishment of grooming the topics as well as the people involved and showing a significant growth would be necessary. Should have a development background – Java/.NET and should have worked in Agile Development teams with a good exposure to Scrum/Kanban and DevOps methodologies.
