Test Vehicles, Results & Release ManagementSupport test vehicle logistics and preparation, including SW update coordination and test configuration.Document, consolidate, and pre-analyze test and validation results.Support maturity assessment and provide technical input for release recommendations based on test results.Ensure transparent tracking of open issues, measures, and verification status. Qualifikationen[ENG]EducationBachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering or a relevant discipline. Experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience in automotive engineering related to electric vehicles, eDrive systems or charging systems.Practical experience in EV/HV systems, vehicle charging systems and relevant industry standards.Deep understanding of BEV/PHEV test methodologies and issue management processes.Experience in test and validation of automotive components/modules, including test strategies/concepts, test case creation, testing, documentation, and issue management.Experience using automotive tools for debugging, logging, and configuring ECUs.Good understanding of vehicle networking architectures such as CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.Very good organization and cooperation in dynamic, interdisciplinary, and international project teams. Personal SkillsHigh motivation and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, both written and verbal.
