Radio Frequency Integration Engineer | Rust/C++ | Robotics | Drones | Air/Land/Sea We're working exclusively with a profitable scale-up looking for several RF Integration Engineers to join their team in Munich. They're a vertically integrated un-manned systems manufacturer working across maritime, land and aerial systems. You'll be owning and developing low-level RF signal processing algorithms that directly feed into production communication and sensing capabilities. Your role will include: Examine and interpret low-level IQ data streams from software-defined radios (SDRs)Create and implement sophisticated signal quality measures that go beyond conventional KPIsExplore and apply signals of opportunity in drone-based use casesDevelop and deploy signal detection and classification algorithms based on correlation and statistical techniquesBuild and integrate algorithms for detecting and locating emittersEvaluate, select, and integrate SDR platforms for production deploymentVerify algorithm performance using both live and recorded RF dataWork closely with RF application and hardware teams to deliver system-level performance We're looking for people who have: Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related disciplineAt least five years of experience in signal processing or RF algorithm developmentSolid foundation in digital signal processing (DSP)Substantial programming experience with C++ and/or RustExperience developing within embedded Linux environmentsHands-on professional experience with SDR hardwareAbility to translate theoretical algorithms into production-quality implementations This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing, profitable company that's working at the bleeding edge of hardware capability.
