What are we looking for? 5–7 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD.Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, including creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CI/CD workflows.Strong knowledge of deployment automation and DevOps best practices.Experience diagnosing and resolving issues in production environments.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in complex environments.Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and project management teams.Proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written). Nice to Have Basic knowledge of Mainframe systems.Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and operational tooling.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. What will you do? Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for complex environments, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.Lead DevOps initiatives, proactively identifying and removing technical blockers.Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows, with a focus on GitHub Actions.Diagnose and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure, deployment processes, and security.Communicate project progress, blockers, and solutions with both technical teams and project management.Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines enabling Mainframe execution on x86 environments.Contribute to the automation and modernization of operational processes within a complex technical landscape.
