Working alongside experienced Software Developers, Test Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and other partners, you will gain hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, code review, troubleshooting, and delivery. Depending on your team placement, you may contribute to areas such as frontend and backend development, APIs and services, test automation, cloud and data platforms, developer tooling, or AI-enabled solutions. You will receive mentorship and support from experienced team members while being encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas, learn new technologies, and progressively take ownership of your work. This is an opportunity to strengthen your technical skills while solving real product and customer problems in a collaborative, agile environment. What You’ll Get To Do Design, develop, test, and maintain software features and solutions with support from experienced engineers.Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern software development practices.Work cross-functionally with Software Developers, Test Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and other partners to deliver high-quality product experiences.Contribute to new product capabilities as well as enhancements and maintenance of existing functionality.Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and delivery.Investigate software defects and technical issues, contribute to root-cause analysis, and help drive issues to resolution.Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and other forms of test automation.Work with technologies such as APIs, databases, cloud services, web applications, and development tools based on your team assignment.Participate in technical, design, and architectural discussions and learn how engineering teams evaluate technical choices and tradeoffs.Contribute to code quality, engineering practices, tooling, automation, and development process improvements.Help ensure software can be reliably built, tested, and delivered through modern development and deployment pipelines.Explore emerging technologies, including AI-powered development tools, and identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and solve technical problems.Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and approaches while taking increasing ownership of development tasks.
