About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our technology team and build scalable, AI-powered products. The role is primarily backend-focused, requiring strong experience with **Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, along with hands-on exposure to **LLMs, Generative AI, and Conversational AI. You’ll work on building scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and intelligent AI-powered workflows in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on innovation, ownership, and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.Integrate LLMs and Generative AI into production applications.Develop Conversational AI, chatbots, AI assistants, and intelligent workflows.Work with databases, third-party APIs, cloud services, and distributed systems.Collaborate with React/frontend teams when required.Participate in architecture, code reviews, optimisation, and technical design.Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices. Requirements 5+ years of software development experience.Strong Node.js, TypeScript & JavaScript skills.Experience building scalable backend systems and REST APIs.Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Conversational AI.Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications.Experience with React.Strong understanding of databases, APIs, Git, and modern development practices. Nice to Have Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
