Working closely with business leaders across assigned markets, this role focuses on building strong relationships, providing strategic and tactical HR guidance, and driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience. The People Business Partner is a key collaborator in talent management, organisational development, employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture across multiple markets and time zones.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Collaborate with business leaders across assigned APJ markets to understand their objectives, challenges and talent needs; provide strategic and tactical HR guidance and support the implementation of people strategiesPartner with business leaders to assess and address organisational needs, contributing to organisational development initiatives that enhance team effectivenessServe as a trusted advisor in employee relations matters across multiple markets, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices, and knowing when to escalate to local specialistsDrive performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews and development planning, across assigned marketsSupport business leaders in navigating organisational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition for employeesProvide insights and analytics through HR reporting to track key HR indicators across the APJ portfolio and inform leadership decision-makingMaintain consistent, timely PBP coverage across assigned markets and time zones, building trust with leaders despite limited local presenceServe as a point of contact for leaders on general HR matters, policy interpretation and people-related escalationsSuccess Profile:Proven experience as an People Business Partner, with experience operating across more than one APJ marketComprehensive knowledge and understanding of HR best practices, with working awareness of employment law variations across APJ marketsStrong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategiesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships remotely and across culturesComfortable managing ambiguity and competing priorities across markets and time zones with limited local supportExperience guiding leaders and employees through organisational change What are you waiting for!
