About the Role We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer & Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of the technical design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. In this role, you will combine AI engineering, full-stack development, and technical leadership to build secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions. You will be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle—from solution architecture and AI implementation to system integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing technical quality assurance. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate business requirements into reliable AI-powered applications, with a particular focus on enterprise environments and, potentially, regulated industries such as financial services. Key Responsibilities AI Solution Architecture & EngineeringDesign and implement scalable GenAI solutions, including chatbots, AI assistants, and AI agents.Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and knowledge-grounding strategies to improve AI accuracy and reliability.Implement guardrails, AI controls, and security mechanisms for responsible and secure AI deployment.Work with Amazon Bedrock and AWS services to develop and deploy enterprise AI solutions.Define technical architecture, development standards, and best practices. Full-Stack Development & IntegrationsDevelop frontend and backend components for AI-powered applications.Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems, including District.Design and implement API and system integrations.Ensure seamless communication between AI components, business systems, and external services. Testing, Quality & DeploymentImplement automated testing strategies and quality assurance processes for AI and software components.Develop AI testing and evaluation approaches to assess solution performance, accuracy, and reliability.Implement telemetry, monitoring, and logging to ensure system observability.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Support AWS-based deployment, operational monitoring, and continuous improvement. Security & Technical LeadershipDesign security controls and governance mechanisms suitable for enterprise environments.Work with AWS IAM, OpenSearch, Lambda, CloudWatch, and equivalent cloud services.Ensure technical quality, scalability, maintainability, and reliability across the solution.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.Contribute to architectural decisions, technical reviews, and delivery standards. Required Experience & SkillsProven experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production.Strong experience with AI engineering and full-stack development.Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), chatbots, and AI agents.Experience with Amazon Bedrock or equivalent AI platforms.Strong knowledge of AWS-based development and deployment.Experience with AWS services such as IAM, OpenSearch, Lambda, and CloudWatch, or equivalent cloud technologies.Experience developing frontend and backend applications.Proven experience integrating AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs.Knowledge of automated testing, quality assurance, and AI evaluation.Experience with telemetry, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and secure solution design.Experience providing technical leadership to development teams.
