About The Role We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at Scheidt & Bachmann Signalling Systems GmbH in Mönchengladbach. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that deliver tangible business value. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. A minimum of two years of professional experience in developing and configuring Salesforce solutions is essential. Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder are required, demonstrating your technical proficiency. You should have strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, Salesforce Flows, and data modeling, along with experience in configuring user interfaces, roles, and permissions. Familiarity with REST API integrations, Git-based development workflows, Salesforce CLI, and basic Python knowledge is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills in German and English, along with a valid EU work permit, are necessary. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and an innovative, design-driven mindset will contribute to your success in this role. Responsibilities Develop modern Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components, Apex controllers, and triggers based on detailed user stories and business requirements.Transform manual processes into efficient digital workflows by implementing low-code automations using Salesforce Flows, enhancing operational productivity.Configure Salesforce platforms comprehensively, including designing data models, user interfaces, and managing roles, permissions, and sharing settings to ensure secure and tailored access.Build and maintain integrations with external systems through REST APIs, facilitating seamless data exchange and system interoperability.Implement event-driven processes using Platform Events to support real-time updates and responsive system behavior.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and fellow developers, utilizing modern development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Visual Studio to ensure high-quality deliverables.
