Python Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned, digital mindset development engineer to join our team of developers, with demonstrated experience on state of the art tools and techniques on the DevSecOps trends. We need a Full-Stack Developer able to work on Python Backend and Angular Frontend development ecosystem. The work perimeter will vary between architecture solutions development (accelerators, frameworks, documentation, innovation, ...) and business solutions development within the insurance and financial services (underwriting, pricing, policy administration, claims management), with good understanding of complex processing and a business driven reasoning. The team will work in Agile working on different solutions over the time. Key duties and responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, business features on functionality for backend systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challengesWrite clean, maintainable code using industry best practices and modern programming languagesConduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free deliverablesDocument workflows, processes, and technical specifications to support technical clarity and continuity.Monitor and optimize application performance and securityStay updated on emerging trends and technologies, integrating them where appropriateProvide post-deployment Professional Experince Backend Development: Strong expertise with more than five years of experience in creating complex and robust backend systems using Python, including API design and database integration, SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB), frameworks tooling like Flask, Django or FastAPIFrontend Development: Strong expertise with AngularCloud Technologies: Knowledge and practical experience with Azure Cloud services, including deployment and management of applications with docker and KubernetesAgile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, using Scrum or other methodologies contributing to iterative development cycles and collaboration in cross-functional teamsCuriosity on A.I. foundations or algorithms for ML, DL, NLP and data processing are welcomedPerformance Optimization: Experience in monitoring, profiling, and improving application performance and security by using static and dynamics code analyzers and frameworksTesting and Debugging: Ability to write unit tests, perform debugging, and ensure clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practicesMLOps platforms knowledge is desiredExperience on DevSecOps practices.
