What You'll Do
-Design, develop, test, and support an Internal Platform which features, services, APIs, and integrations.
-Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Angular, .NET, and modern development practices.
-Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver business value.
-Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
-Contribute to modernization initiatives, security remediation, automation, and technical debt reduction.
-Support production deployments, issue resolution, and application stability.
-Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
-Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development efficiency, quality, testing, and documentation.
-Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, estimation, retrospectives, and demos.
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
-Strong hands-on experience with:
-Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core / .NET, Angular, REST API development, SQL and relational databases
-Experience working with: Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Docker, Kubernetes
-Strong understanding of: Software architecture and design patterns, Secure coding practices
Application performance and troubleshooting and Automated testing practices.
-Experience delivering software in Agile environments such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
-Demonstrated use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve software delivery and engineering productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with PostgreSQL.
-Experience building cloud-native or distributed applications.
-Experience with Azure or AWS.
-Experience with workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, or contact center technologies.
-Experience with NICE IEX, NICE WFM, Genesys, Verint, or similar workforce management solutions.
-Experience with application security and secure SDLC practices.
-Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
