Key Responsibilities
CI/CD & Release Automation
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices across development teams.Improve deployment processes, release management, and platform automation.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and environment setup.Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across infrastructure environments.
Observability & Platform Reliability
Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting capabilities.Leverage tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to improve system observability.Support platform reliability initiatives through performance tuning, capacity planning, and automated testing.
DevSecOps & Security
Integrate security controls and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.Promote DevSecOps best practices and automate security validation throughout the software delivery lifecycle.Collaborate with security teams to strengthen infrastructure and application security.
Cloud & Infrastructure Operations

Required Skills & Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI/CD.Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible.Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments.Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration.Experience managing web and application servers such as Apache and JBoss.Knowledge of messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ or equivalent technologies.Experience working with AWS and virtualization technologies such as VMware.Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and subnetting.Scripting and automation experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages.Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Dynatrace.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
