Responsibilities
Gain in-depth insights into the regional user profile, clarify the product's target user positioning and core user pain points, and support the identification of new opportunities and differentiated software solutions informed by EMS industry trends.
Continuously monitor regional policies and industry regulatory developments, and capture new opportunities arising from policy shifts.
Clarify compliance requirements spanning product safety and market access, and support compliant product sales in target markets.
Continuously track regional industry trends and competitor product dynamics, and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our solution from the perspective of integrating EMS technology with software offerings.
Extract differentiated value propositions for marketing, and provide competitive input to PDT product development.
Collect and analyze regional product and technical requirements through multiple channels, including channel partners, customer interviews, user research, VOC data analysis, regional sales, and customer service.
Drive the requirement lifecycle—assessment, implementation, and closed-loop acceptance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in software product management, with EMS experience in the energy sector preferred.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to independently communicate with overseas customers and conduct requirements interviews in English as a working language.
Strong user insight and data analysis capabilities, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end software product lifecycle—from requirements research to implementation.
Strong cross-functional communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Able to thrive in cross-timezone and cross-cultural work environments; overseas work or study experience preferred.
