As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will build digital products that support real-time insight, safer decisions, and more efficient project delivery. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment where Product, Design, Engineering, and DevOps collaborate closely from discovery through production. The challenge is to deliver scalable, high-quality software while helping the team make effective, responsible use of AI-assisted engineering. What does the role involve? You will design, build, and evolve full-stack applications and cloud-native services for data-intensive use cases. Alongside hands-on development, you will influence architecture, strengthen engineering practices, and help colleagues advance their use of AI coding agents. You design and build full-stack web applications and platform services using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.You develop interactive map-based tools with real-time data integration, layer control, and spatial editing.You build resilient, scalable, and cost-aware cloud services that support multiple tenants, large geodata volumes, and concurrent users.You contribute to architectural decisions and collaborate with Product and Design from the discovery phase onward.You work with DevOps colleagues to ensure that the services you build run reliably in production.You improve code reviews, testing practices, and engineering guardrails so that rapid delivery maintains a high quality standard.You use AI coding agents through task decomposition, context engineering, reusable instructions, integrations, and automated checks.You mentor colleagues, share practical experience, and help the team make sound decisions about architecture, security, trade-offs, and code quality. Who are we looking for? You are an experienced full-stack engineer who can reason across the entire system, from user-facing interfaces to cloud services and production operations. You combine strong technical judgment with the communication skills to work effectively alongside Product, Design, DevOps, and other developers. Experience: At least 8 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in enterprise or data-intensive environments.Technical skills: Strong JavaScript or TypeScript and React experience, plus back-end development with Python, Java, or Node.js; experience with API design, data modeling, service decomposition, AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and agile development.AI-assisted development: Demonstrable production experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, including task decomposition, context engineering, and verification of generated output.Additional expertise: Experience with mapping libraries, spatial data, or identity and access management is beneficial; an interest in marine survey and remote sensing data is also valuable.Quality and collaboration: You apply strong testing discipline, evaluate generated code critically, communicate clearly, and contribute through pairing, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
