Role Overview
We’re representing a global investment organisation strengthening the platform engineering function behind a large and technically demanding software estate.
The team provides the engineering foundations used by developers, researchers and investment technology groups to build, validate, release and operate software across both cloud and internally hosted infrastructure.
This hire will focus on the developer platforms sitting at the centre of that lifecycle.
The remit spans source control, build and release infrastructure, deployment automation and the underlying services required to process extremely high volumes of engineering activity reliably.
This is fundamentally a hands-on platform engineering position rather than an operational DevOps role.
