We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Software Engineer who combines strong hands-on development expertise with the ability to provide technical leadership.
You will work closely with software engineers, business stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver reliable, scalable and user-focused applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform.Build responsive digital experiences using Power Pages and modern front-end technologies.Develop and integrate front-end applications with APIs, backend services and enterprise systems.Write clean, efficient and maintainable code that aligns with established architectural standards and development patterns.Provide technical guidance and leadership to other software engineers.Oversee development activities and help ensure the quality, functionality and reliability of delivered solutions.Develop reusable components and contribute to consistent engineering practices.Support source control, automated builds, testing and deployment through Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate closely with business representatives and multidisciplinary delivery teams in a small, highly cohesive project environment.Analyse technical challenges and contribute practical, well-designed solutions.
Essential Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Security clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen & Must be able to obtain Baseline clearance.
Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages.Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS.Experience with a modern front-end framework, ideally Vue.js.Strong full-stack development experience using C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL.Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, including API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate.Experience working within established application architectures, development patterns and reusable component frameworks.Practical experience with Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Highly Desirable
Experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies, such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent-based solutions.Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or artificial intelligence.
