About The Role
As an Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, deploying and supporting customer-facing features within our digital banking ecosystem.

What will your day look like?
As an Engineer, you will:
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.Design, develop, test, deploy, operate and support software solutions across the full development lifecycle.Take ownership of features and services from inception through to production support.Contribute to automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reliability and system performance.Participate actively in agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with teammates to deliver customer value.Support service operations activities including incident management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.Help maintain highly available and resilient digital platforms that support millions of customers.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience developing software solutions using languages such as Go, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or Cassandra.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on service reliability and customer outcomes.An understanding of software engineering best practices, quality assurance and solution design principles.A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.The ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and contribute positively to team culture.
Experience in areas such as back-end development, front-end development, infrastructure engineering, systems analysis, delivery engineering or service operations will be highly regarded.
