Web Developer / Full-Stack Engineer

Location: Surabaya (WFO, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM WIB) Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: Within 2 week Starting Salary: IDR 5,000,000/month Top4 Technology is a growing AI and IT services agency with a strong presence in Australia and Indonesia. We help businesses grow their online visibility and generate leads using cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, SEO, AI-powered tools, Google Ads, and proprietary SaaS platforms. We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated Web Developer / Full-Stack Engineer who wants to build high-performance, user-centric web applications while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools. What You Will Do Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces for our platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to bridge interface design with technical implementation.Write clean, reusable, secure, and scalable code, ensuring full validation of user inputs before submission.Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility across all devices.Conduct code reviews and actively participate in improving our overall internal development processes.Stay updated with emerging web development trends, modern frameworks, and AI-driven coding techniques. What We Are Looking For Experience: Proven professional experience as a Web Developer / Full-Stack Engineer with a strong, demonstrable project portfolio.Front-End Stack: Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.Platforms: Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).Version Control & Quality: Experience with Git/version control systems, cross-browser testing, and responsive design practices.Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills (Ability to explain technical work clearly in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus).Location & Availability: Currently residing in the Surabaya area, available to work on-site Monday through Friday, and ready to start within 1 week. Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development, debugging, and UI implementation.Understanding of SEO-friendly front-end development practices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
