Senior MERN Developer

About Palm MindPalm Mind is an AI-focused technology company building software solutions that help businesses improve their processes, products, and customer experiences. We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer who can contribute to the development and improvement of web-based products. This role involves working closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to build reliable applications and integrate them with backend and AI-driven services. What You’ll Work OnBuild and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend and backend components.Design and integrate REST APIs and other backend services.Work with the team to translate product requirements into practical technical solutions.Improve application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and overall reliability.Contribute to the development and integration of CRM/SaaS-based products.Review existing code, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to code quality.Investigate bugs and technical issues and implement appropriate fixes.Work alongside AI and engineering teams where application features require integration with AI-based services.Keep up with relevant developments in web technologies and apply suitable approaches to ongoing projects.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.Previous experience working with CRM or SaaS products.Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.Good command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.Experience developing and consuming APIs.Familiarity with Git and standard software development workflows.Ability to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and work through problems independently.Comfortable collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.What You Can Expect at Palm MindExposure to projects involving AI, SaaS, and enterprise software.Opportunities to work alongside AI and software engineering teams.Space to take ownership of assigned features and contribute ideas.Opportunities to learn and work with evolving technologies.A collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.
