Senior Java Software Engineer

What you'll do: Design, develop, implement, test and support custom banking solutions with enhanced features, new functionalities and seamless back-end integration.Work closely with customers to define technical specifications that align with their business needs.Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Review code to ensure high quality, maintainability, and compliance with established standards.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Set up and manage infrastructure and system software for development and testing environments. What is needed from you: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development, ideally within the financial sector.Experience with Java frameworks, design patterns, and microservices architecture is a plus.Experience with Java MVC frameworks such as Spring Boot.Good communication skills with ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
