Responsibilities Development and implementation of infrastructureBuild large scale software systemUnderlying infra/arch upgradePerformance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoringWrite high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practicesGuide junior engineers’ daily work and do knowledge share, etc. Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in backend or distributed systems Proficient in core java, and familiar with spring frameworkProficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DBProficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles Capable to cope with stress, and quickly learn new knowledgeGood cross-team communication skills We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
