A well-funded, rapidly scaling AI healthtech startup building technology that is changing how clinicians work.
Their AI-native platform removes much of the administrative burden from healthcare, giving doctors more time with patients and less time doing admin.
The product is already being used at significant scale globally, and the business is entering its next stage of growth, building new AI, voice and clinical workflow products that are changing the day-to-day experience of healthcare professionals.
This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a ticket queue.
You’ll work closely with the founders and product team, own problems end-to-end, make architectural decisions and ship products directly into the hands of clinicians.
It’s a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build quickly, solve meaningful problems and have a genuine impact on the direction of the product.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work across the stack, from product idea through to production.
You’ll help:
Build and ship new AI-powered product experiencesDevelop products on top of LLMsOwn architecture and technical decisionsBuild fast, reliable and scalable systemsWork across frontend, backend, APIs and infrastructurePrototype quickly, test with real users and iterateHelp shape engineering standards as the company scales
What we're looking for:
You’re a strong full-stack IC who enjoys building rather than managing.
Ideally, you bring: TypeScript / React / Node / NestJSStrong experience building and shipping production software.Experience building products on top of LLMs, not simply experimenting with them.A strong understanding of architecture, performance, reliability and security.Experience in a startup or high-growth product environment, where speed and ownership matter.A product mindset.
You care about the problem and the user, not just the code.
Big bonus: Experience building real-time audio or voice systems.
If you’ve worked with streaming audio, speech-to-text, voice AI, low-latency systems or similar technology, I’d particularly like to hear from you.
