Full Stack Developer - (Node.js - React)

Our client is a growing SaaS technology company serving the oil & gas industry with pipeline integrity management software, looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their engineering team. This is a newly created position (3 openings) as the team continues to grow — Remote, Direct Hire, based in Canada (Quebec preferred). As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in the continuous development and improvement of a SaaS platform used internationally. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to design scalable, high-performing solutions, and you'll be encouraged to use AI tools to boost productivity and quality. You Will Design, develop, and deploy new features. Participate in technical decisions and the evolution of the software architecture. Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of the applications. Collaborate with the team to design the best technical solutions. Participate in sprint planning and estimation. Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and the CI/CD environment. Use AI tools to increase productivity and foster innovation. Must-Haves (non-negotiable) Professional-level French, spoken and written — required. Professional-level English, spoken and written. 1 to 5 years of software development experience — a formal degree is not required. At least 2 years of demonstrable, hands-on full-stack experience with Node.js and React. Experience with Git and solid development practices. Based in Canada. Nice To Have Angular, PostgreSQL (SQL). TypeScript, Docker, AWS, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, Cursor. Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 CAD, depending on seniority.
