As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges while helping improve the standards, automation, and practices that strengthen our platform. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who enjoys solving difficult infrastructure problems, designing durable solutions, and helping other engineers grow. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, observability, security, and reliability while serving as a technical leader on complex projects and critical incidents. What You'll Do Cloud & Platform Engineering: Design scalable and highly available cloud, networking, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability solutionsTechnical Troubleshooting: Lead complex troubleshooting across OCI, OKE, Linux, networking, Jenkins, and interconnected production infrastructure.Automation & Developer Experience: Develop Infrastructure-as-Code, deployment automation, developer tooling, and platform improvements that reduce manual effort and improve engineering productivitySecurity, Compliance & IAM: Own infrastructure security controls and IAM practices, support SOC 2 audit readiness, and establish container security standards, including vulnerability detection and remediationReliability & Incident Leadership: Strengthen monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and service resilience while leading critical incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actionsData & Platform Integration: Build and optimize data pipelines supporting real-time and batch ingestion, processing, storage, and reliable movement of data across systemsEngineering Performance: Use DORA and other engineering metrics to identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, improve quality, and increase release stabilityTechnical Leadership: Mentor engineers, review consequential infrastructure changes, establish technical standards, and identify and address technical debt and riskCross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Product Development and other technical teams to align platform improvements, developer tooling, and emerging technologies with engineering and business prioritiesOn-Call Support: Participate in the team’s rotating on-call schedule for production systems, including periodic 24/7 coverage periods, to help ensure timely response to critical incidents and service disruptions What Skills You'll Need 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related infrastructure engineering role, including experience supporting production environments.Demonstrated expertise across multiple infrastructure domains, with deep technical capability in at least one.Strong experience designing and operating cloud and Kubernetes environments in production.Advanced experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, Linux, networking, observability, security, and incident response.Strong systems thinking with the ability to troubleshoot across applications, infrastructure, networking, data, and security.Sound technical judgment with a focus on solutions that are reliable, maintainable, secure, observable, and cost-conscious.Experience leading complex technical work and incidents, including root-cause analysis and long-term remediation.Ability to mentor other engineers, share knowledge, and raise technical standards across the team. Nice-to-Haves Experience with OCI/OKE, Jenkins, or comparable technologies.Experience with Oracle infrastructure, GoldenGate, or comparable replication technologies.Experience with data platforms, disaster recovery, or compliance-sensitive infrastructure. Pay Transparency Notice The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $162,000. Actual pay may differ depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
