Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Database Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standardsDevelop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooksEnable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patternsCollaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiencyPromote DevOps best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvementUnderstand and implement database lifecycle management actions into PaaS IaC pipelines Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise-scale platforms and services2+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies2+ years of hands-on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation2+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture and practicesProficiency in Python scripting for automation and toolingProficiency in Bash/Shell scripting Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Linux operating systemsExperience with container technologiesWorking knowledge of KubernetesFamiliarity with Red Hat OpenShiftStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsArchitect experience with data platforms such as:RedisMongoDBSingleStoreCockroachDB Skills: Analytical ThinkingApplication DevelopmentAutomationProduction SupportRisk ManagementAdaptabilityArchitectureDevOps PracticesSolution Delivery ProcessSolution DesignAnsible Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40
