Job Description Build and maintain our high-quality mobile application for iOS and Android using FlutterContribute to architectural decisions and set coding standards for the teamWork closely with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and other teams (Backend and Web) in a cross-stack environmentIntroduce new technologies, tools, or processes that improve developer productivity and product qualityDebug performance and reliability issues across the stack Qualifications You have 4+ years of programming experience, including at least a year of app development. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but we prioritize skillYou have expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter. You're experienced with CI/CD (e.g., fastlane, GitHub Actions) and unit and golden tests. You also have a strong understanding of performance optimization and profilingYou have strong ownership, self-drive, and leadership skills.
