The role owns meaningful parts of the frontend architecture, from component design and state management to performance, testing, and production observability.

Key Responsibilities
Build and ship production web experiences using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive behaviorDevelop reusable UI components and shared patterns within a documented design systemIntegrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, handling loading states, errors, caching, and authentication flowsImprove application performance through code splitting, rendering optimization, asset management, and Core Web Vitals monitoringWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and PlaywrightCollaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to scope work, resolve technical tradeoffs, and deliver features incrementallyParticipate in code reviews, frontend architecture decisions, production debugging, and continuous improvements to development tooling and CI/CD workflows
What We Are Looking For
3–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial experience building and maintaining production frontend applicationsStrong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript and React; experience with Next.js or a comparable modern frontend frameworkDemonstrated understanding of frontend architecture, state management, component composition, browser APIs, and responsive designExperience integrating RESTful or GraphQL services and working effectively with authentication, asynchronous data, and error-handling patternsHands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD workflows, Git-based development, and code review practicesBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceBonus: Experience with design systems, accessibility standards such as WCAG, mobile web optimization, React Native, observability tools, or performance profiling
