As a Junior Consultant, you also have:A university Master’s degree with strong academic results;extracurricular activities or meaningful experiences within a student, study, or sports association and possibly relevant internships or research projects;interest in consultancy and process optimization, as demonstrated by your studies, internships, or work experience;excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;enthusiasm for being part of an entrepreneurial culture and contributing to the further development and growth of the team.
What impact will you make?:
As a Junior Consultant, you will work in a multidisciplinary Deloitte team to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of transformations.
This starts with defining an operational strategy, followed by (re)designing, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes.
With a strategic perspective and (digital) technologies as a starting point, you contribute to defining future-proof solutions to make our clients more efficient, customer-oriented, and sustainable.Together with your team, you will develop innovative and scalable improvements for our clients in the pension and insurance sector.

You co-develop a forward-looking operations strategy with the client and translate strategic challenges into concrete improvement initiatives.You analyze processes, operating models, and the broader ecosystem to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.You design and implement smart, data-driven, and technology-driven solutions—such as automation and AI—to sustainably improve performance.You work in multidisciplinary teams on complex transformation challenges at (inter)national organizations in the pension and insurance sector and at asset managers.You develop relevant knowledge of pension and insurance products, processes, and systems, as well as those of asset managers, through challenging projects, guidance from experienced colleagues, and a range of training courses.
