This is a great opportunity for someone early in their DevOps career who want to build their skills, work alongside an experienced team, and gain exposure to new and evolving technologies, including AI. ResponsibilitiesSupport the DevOps team with ongoing software development and enhancement projectsMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflowsCreate and maintain scripts to automate tasks and streamline processesSupport application build, testing, and release processesWork with container-based technologies such as DockerAssist with setting up and supporting development environments, tools, and projectsWork alongside software development teams to support applications and releasesTroubleshoot issues related to builds, pipelines, scripts, and development environmentsHelp automate repetitive processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiencySupport the introduction of new tools, technologies, and development practicesExplore and use AI tools to support automation, troubleshooting, development, and day-to-day technical workWork as part of an experienced DevOps team while continuing to build your technical skillsQualifications:1–3 years of experience in DevOps, software development, IT, automation, or a related technical fieldHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolsExperience with scripting, such as PowerShell, Python, or similarUnderstanding of software development concepts and application build processesExperience or exposure to container technologies such as DockerFamiliarity with software development and release processesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsComfortable learning new technologies and technical toolsStrong communication and ability to work collaboratively with a technical teamInterest in building a career in DevOps, automation, and emerging technologiesRecent graduates with relevant education and hands-on technical experience will also be considered At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
